Traditionally the BPO’s/ITES company’s have been the trial platform, for most companies across spectrum like Telecom, banking, Financial institution and Insurance apart from the new age Ecommerce companies, to try out Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning practices through these BPO’s etc.

  1. Outbound voice recognition.
  2. SMS/WA message’s to their customers on a transaction.
  3. OTP for transaction confirmation.
  4. Voice speech recognition tools.
  5. Latest addition to this is a speech enabled dialer on a database for outbound or inbound calls.
