Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Debt Recovery Agent who is fluent in Kannada. The role involves communicating with customers to ensure timely recovery of dues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging to recover outstanding payments.
• Communicate clearly in Kannada to explain dues and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Handle disputes and escalate cases when necessary.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring recovery goals are achieved.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Kannada (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle challenging conversations professionally.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM usage).
